If it is not received within this timeframe, you will be billed and responsible for payment of the next invoice. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for cancellations not received at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

  • Simply submitting this form does not mean that your account is cancelled. All requests are manually reviewed and processed by our staff. If any of the above verification information does not match your account records, we will contact you via email to confirm the correct details. Your account is not cancelled until you receive an email from a member of our staff (not an automated reply) confirming that your account cancellation was completed.

  • Upon submission of this form, your account will be permanently and irrevocably deleted from our servers and all data will be lost. We do not schedule cancellations. You should not submit this form until you have made backups of your entire account and are ready for us to remove your data.
