It's now 4:07AM, and I've spent 12 hours straight trying to install ModernBill.

I don't think deleting .htaccess does anything good, although that's the offical fix from the people at ModernBilll. If you delete .htaccess don't you lose your required variables for php?
Without deleting .htaccess I get an "Internal Server Error." Can someone point me in the right direction...
