Douglas Hanna
CEO
Douglas is the CEO of HostNine and is responsible for the company's long-term strategy and ultimate success. Day-to-day, Douglas focuses on the "business" aspects of the company, including finance, business development, product management, HR, and more. He comes to HostNine with more than six years of experience working in the hosting industry in roles ranging from General Manager of a three person hosting startup to Customer Service Manager at one of the world's largest web hosts.
In addition to his work in the web hosting industry, Douglas has done customer service consulting for companies such as Dell and writes a popular blog on customer service called Service Untitled.
Jen Lepp
Director of Operations
Jen is the Director of Operations at HostNine, and brings 12 years experience in the hosting industry to HostNine. She is responsible ensuring that customers of HostNine are happy with the service they are receiving through proactive training of employees as well as constant review of HostNine's policies and performance. She also runs all social media for HostNine, and works closely with the CEO and General Manager to ensure that HostNine has the necessary customer service foundation and focus to continue to grow and excel in the future.
