Operations Manager
Ben Gabler came to HostNine with perhaps the most all-around experience. Gabler's tasks consist of assisting the company in day to day operations ranging from server/network management to customer assistance. While Gabler is widely known in the hosting industry for his dedication and strive, he is recognized for his 6 years of experience in the hosting world ranging from website management to software development.
Sales / Billing Support
Andrew joined HostNine in 2007 with a tremendous understanding for the customer. With over 5 years of sales experience Andrew has the ability to efficently serve our new and existing customers with their overall account needs. Andrews tasks range from Sales and Billing to overall General Management throughout the company.
Level 3 Support / Abuse Manager
Entering HostNine in 2007, Alex Jankuv brought over 6 years of technical support experience to the table. With his experience and knowledge Alex is able to provide our customers with the top notch service and support they deserve. Alex also manages our abuse department to ensure the promised reliablity of our servers and services.
Transfer Department / Lead Developer
Travis joins HostNine with a wealth of hardware and software experience and
expertise. Fluent in more computer languages than spoken languages he can
name, Travis brings a dynamic to HostNine well needed in the field. Travis
heads development on the Reseller Central platform and is responsible for
account transfers and maintaining the RC network.
In the outside world
Travis spends his free time writing code, modding hardware, and building
computers.
Level 3 Support / System Administrator
Nick Frederick, Server Support Engineer at HostNine, originally from Clinton, IA, Nick moved to Cedar Falls to attend college at the University of Northern Iowa. He has since graduated from Northern with a BS in Computer Science and continues to utilize his skills both at HostNine and a nearby college.
